We offer a 30-day return window for your purchases. Our return policy consists of two parts:
- 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return: During the first 7 days after your purchase, you can return your items without providing a reason.
- Extended 21-Day Return Period: If you encounter any issues with your order, you have an additional 21 days to initiate a return.
Return Process

We will arrange for a reverse pickup if possible in your area. If not, we will provide you with a return address to ship the item(s) back to us.
To ensure a successful return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not accept packages in an open condition from the delivery personnel.
- Ensure that the item(s) being returned are unused, unworn, unwashed, odorless, and in their original condition/packaging with all tags attached.
- If you received free accessories with your order, please include them in the return.
- Please note that the pickup of your return does not immediately complete the process. The return must comply with all conditions mentioned here to be successful.
At flipkin.com, we aim to build long-term, fair relationships with our genuine customers. If we determine that our return policy is being misused by a particular customer, we reserve the right to discontinue providing services to that customer.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges, you must first initiate a return for the item(s) you wish to exchange. All steps and conditions of the return policy apply to exchanges. The only difference is that you will receive a replacement item or exchange for another product, as applicable.
