Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can change the delivery address after placing an order. However, we kindly request you to contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Please note that if your order is already in the delivery stage, a change of address may not be possible.

I canceled my order. When will I receive a refund, and how?

Once you cancel an order, we will process your refund within two business days. By default, we issue refunds in the form of a coupon code that can be used for your next purchase on flipkin.com. If you prefer to receive the refund through the original payment method, please let us know.

How many days does it take to deliver my order?

Due to the ongoing global instability caused by pandemics and conflicts, delivery times may vary. However, we strive to deliver 80% of orders within two weeks, while the remaining orders may take up to three weeks.
